So, I ran my longest run yesterday. I'm guessing that it was 7 miles and felt like 10. It kicked my butt and I'm at sea level. I think I might need to buy one of those cool mile trackers for my ipod that, of course, Jake has. He has all the cool gear. How is training going for the rest of the "Team"? By the way we need a team name and a cause. So, please post some ideas. There is no backing out so I would suggest you all get on you shoes and run this week.

running is getting better. my butt still feels like it's going to rip off. if only i could invent some sort of butt-sling/ bra-type thingy. i'm doing it come hell or high water. team name, huh? i'll work on it.
