Just another gloriuos day out on the veranda! I can't believe I am lucky enough to have this place, but then the fact that I get dropins from Jake --Priceless! I better stop with the photos if I want him to keep coming around. This was taken before we headed out for a bite to eat at the Cheesecake Factory -- Yummy!

asked Alana to go with me, whoa!  not just the bike but three machines and then a trip to the tanning salon!  I am used to tiptoeing into the water, not Alana;  jump in with both feet!  So, I should be shipshape and brown soon.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT!

I went to the gym tonite for the first time in my life.  I was very nervous. I told them I had never been and my daughters said to start on the sit down bicycle.  The young man sat me on it and taught me everything I needed to know.  I did it for 10 minutes, didn't want to overdo. He told me to go home and stretch, I did.  I will try to go most every day.  I hope I can walk in the morning.  

I can't believe I got brave enough to do this by myself!
